These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Bead Art mobile app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to use it in a lawful, respectful way and to accept these terms as they apply to the current version of the app.

Provider

Bead Art is provided by Puzzle Free, operated by Nadzeya Yashchuk, a sole proprietor based in Wals-Siezenheim, Austria. Full publisher and contact details are listed in the Impressum.

Use of the App

Bead Art is a relaxing bead mosaic puzzle game for personal, non-commercial use unless stated otherwise. You may use the app for entertainment, casual play, and personal enjoyment of the puzzles. A set of free pictures is available to everyone; additional premium pictures can be unlocked as described below.

Purchases and Premium Content

Bead Art offers an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the full premium picture library. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play, depending on your device. Prices may vary by country or region and are shown in the store before purchase. Bead Art does not receive your payment card details. A purchase can be restored on devices that use the same store account. Refund eligibility is governed by the policies of the applicable app store.

Availability

The app is provided on an as-is basis. Bead Art may change, update, pause, or remove features without notice while the app evolves.

Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated or tampering methods in a way that harms the app or other users.

Intellectual Property

The app design, branding, copy, original artwork, puzzle content, and code for Bead Art are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the app or its content except as permitted by law.

No Warranty

Bead Art is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. The app aims to provide a smooth, enjoyable experience, but uninterrupted and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bead Art is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or any temporary inability to use it.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the revised version.
